Personal Information Collection and Usage Agreement
PCL Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") takes great care in handling client data and respects the laws regarding data protection and the usage of information network systems. 
Through its policy on personal information, the Company informs clients of how and for what purpose the data being collected is used and what measures the Company is taking to protect such data. 

[Types of personal information collected and collection method]
The Company collects personal information of the kind listed below for the purposes of consultation and hiring.
In the case of hiring Required items: User ID, user password, legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, physical address
Optional item: N/A

[Purpose of personal information collection and usage]
The Company uses the personal information that is collected for the following purposes.
Hiring Management
Identity verification of the user, user personal identification, protection against inappropriate or unauthorized users, verification of the user's intent, client care and complaint resolution, notice announcements
Website Bulletin Board Management
User personal identification, protection against spam and other unwanted sollicitations that might result from using the message board or accouncement bulletin board.

[Usage and holding period of collected personal information]
As per policy, personal information is removed and disposed of without exception after the purpose of holding and using it has been fulfilled.
That being the case, in the event that commercial law or any regulations found in digital client protection law obligates the Company to hold personal information, it will be held for the designated period of time.
- Record detailing withdrawal from a contract or subscription: 5 years (laws regarding client protection in digital transactions)
- Record detailing the settlement of payments or invoices for any product or good delivered: 5 years (laws regarding client protection in digital transactions)
- Record detailing a customer complaint or the resolution of a customer dispute: 3 years (laws regarding client protection in digital transactions)
- Information collected for a temporary purpose such as a promotional event or survey: the time at which the specified event expires or ends

[Protocol for personal information disposal]
As per policy, personal information is removed and disposed of without exception after the purpose of holding and using it has been fulfilled. The protocol by which personal information is disposed of at the Company is as follows.
Process of disposal
The information inputted by the user will be moved to a separate database after the purpose of its usage is fulfilled (in the case of material that is non-digital or in print format, it will be archived separately). After the designated holding period is past, the information will be discarded and disposed of.
To specify, personal information is not used for any purpose other than to follow the relevant laws governing data privacy once it is stored in the separate database.
Method of Disposal
Information in print format: shredded or incinerated
Information in digital format: deleted in a way that makes recovery impossible

[Sharing personal information with third Parties]
As per policy, personal information is not shared with anybody outside the Company. However, the following are exceptions.
- In the event the user gives explicit approval:
Prior to the collection of personal information, the Company will reveal the identity of its business partners, the reason for needing certain information, as well as the details on how long and for what purpose the information will be held. If the user does not agree to this, additional information will not be collected nor shared with the Company's partners.
- In the event there is a legal requirement or the information is requested by a legally-sanctioned investigative body
